REGISTRATION
The registration for the first edition of MBC will be open from October 2009. The system for method of registration will be easy and simple and carried out exclusively on-line using our web.
You will be able to enter your own mailbox and change your data if you wish, at any moment.
However we are always at your disposal for any questions.
Please note: all fields are compulsory, read the method of registration carefully and the time needed to confirm the registration, as well as the penalty in case of not presenting yourself at the start.

The cost of participation to the MBC
The cost of participation to MONGOLIA BIKE CHALLENGE is:
- -Runners in any category € 1.400
- -Group of min. three or more competitors* € 1.350 each
- -Companion € 1.300
*: the discount of € 50 each for a min. group of three can be exclusively applied if the group has been declared from the beginning. The registration of the group should be a single transaction for all members of the group, both the 50 % down-payment as well as the remaining 50 % of the balance.

CONDITIONS FOR REFUND
If a registered rider becomes unable to participate and withdraws from the race, a notice must be sent immediatelly to:: info@mongoliabikechallenge.com
The event that the notice is received before 12:00 midnight (Rome/Madrid time zone) of 7th of May 2010,, the organization will reimburse the entire amount received, less EU$200 for administrative cost.
After 12.00 midnight (Rome/Madrid time zone) of the 7th of May 2010, the participant will not have any rights to receive any refund

*: For flight reimbursments, they will be regulated by the conditions set by the pertinent airline.
PAYMENT METHOD
At the moment of registration, a bank transfer amounting to 50 % of the total, as a down-payment, is being asked. The remaining 50 % of the balance have to be settled within 7th May 2010. For payments received after this date, the price of the registration for the race will suffer an increase of 10 % to the full amount, without calculating the flights.
The certified bank transfer sheet has so be send either via fax to +34-91-8522361 or via e-mail to the organization.
Furthermore, the REGISTRATION FORM, present on the website, must be compiled.
In case the member would like the organization to organize flights (only for departures from Italy and Spain), the member will have to transfer the full amount for the flights as down-payment. The remaining amount in that case is the total amount for the registration to the event.
