The registration for the third edition of MBC will be open from :

- August 1, 2011
- Registration closing: June 30, 2012
- Maximum number of bikers: 108.

We will only accept online registration.

You will be able to enter your own account and change your data if you wish, at any moment.

However we are always at your disposal for any questions.

Please note: all fields are compulsory, read the method of registration carefully and the time needed to confirm the registration, as well as the penalty in case of not presenting yourself at the start of the race.

Where, for whatever reason, a participant registered in MONGOLIA BIKE CHALLENGE is forced to withdraw, the individual must give written notification by e-mail to PA EVENTS, SL within 24:00 June 30, 2012 (Rome-Madrid time zone).

In this case PA EVENTS, SL retain € 400 as administrative expenses. The difference will be refunded.

In case the notification will arrive after 24:00 June 30, 2012 (Rome-Madrid time zone) PA EVENTS, SL will not recognize any financial reimbursement fee.

The withdrawal who will give notification after June 30 (24:00) is however eligible for the reimbursement above if:

1. PA EVENTS, SL has a waiting list and can find another atlete who will take the place of the retired.
2. The retreat has an interested person to occupy his own the place

At the time of registration, a bank transfer of € 1000 is due. The remaining amount must be paid in full by June 30, 2012.

The bank transfer receipt need to be send via e-mail to the organization.

Furthermore, the REGISTRATION FORM, present on the website, must be compiled.
