Which drugs must MBC competitors take with them

It is essential that all competitors carry in their baggage drugs that usually take and inform the Medical Staff of any health problem that could be important in case of emergency (allergies, chronic use of drugs, etc.)
It is strongly recomended that every competitor has the following:

- Antibiotics for intestinal infections:
Ej. Cyprofloxacin cp 500 mg.

- Antidyarrhoic drugs:
Ej. Loperamid cp

- Analgesic drugs:
Ej. Paracetamol
Aspirin
Diclofenac

- Antiacids
Ej. Maalox.

- Sunscreen and topic cortison

- Eyedrops

- Adhesive bandages

- Mouthwash for sore throat

Things to bring + Survival kit

Here you can find a list of things you must bring with you:

- 10 bottle (500 or 750 ml) already numbered with your dorsal number with a permanent marker (to know your dorsal number go to the following link:

- Sleeping bag (comfort zon -5º)

- Mattress

OTHER INDICATIONS:
On you baggage and on you bycicle box or bag you must put a sheet with the MBC logo ( you can dowload it at this adress :

This will facilitate the recovery of the luggage at the airport of UB, where members of the organization will help you in the operation.

Please remember that if an athelte is found without the survival kit during a check, he will be sanctioned as per regulation.

KIT SOPRAVVIVENZA: as specified in the regulation, each of you must have during all the stages a survival kit with the following products :

- Alluminium sheet

- Whistle

- Mirror

- Headlamp or similar

Dear athletes,
the organization of the MBC will be supported by PROBIKE shop of Florence for the mechanical assistance at the end of each stage.

Although we will be equipped with everything, we consider necessary that each of you brings some pieces for his own bike:

- Bottom bracket bearings.

Spokes for ant e post wheel, right and left side

- Wheel.

- Inner tubes.

- Repair kit.

- Brake pads

- Rear derailleur frame support

- Chain and chain tool

- Head set bearings

- Lock Seat tube collar

- Bleed kit

- Mono shock or rebuild kit
