The registration for the 4th edition of MBC will be open from:

- JULY 28th, 2012
- Registration closing: JULY 31st, 2013

We will only accept online registration.

You will be able to enter your own account and change your data if you wish, at any moment.

However we are always at your disposal for any questions.

Please note: All fields are compulsory, read the method of registration carefully and the time needed to confirm the registration, as well as the penalty in case of not presenting yourself at the start of the race.

* to be eligible for the Early Bird Plus rate, full payment of 1690€ must be made before August 11, 2012.

** All athletes who are registered and paid before August 11, 2012 will be entered into a draw for a FREE RACE ENTRY, valued at 1690€, for the 2012 The Genco Mongolia Bike Challenge presented by Orbea!! .

- August 12 to September 30, 2012. Early Bird - 1690€

- October 1 to June 30, 2012. Regular Race Entry – 1790€

- July 28, 2012 to June 30, 2013 – Regular Race Entry - 1790€

When registering as a team, the team will receive 300 € DISCOUNT on their race entry. To receive the team discount all team members must declare their team status a the time of registration and have made full payment of the registration of all the team members (three athletes).

If you must withdraw for any reason, your registration fees will be refunded minus a 400€ Administration Fee.

Any withdrawal and refund request must be made in writing to info@mongoliabikechallenge.com before June 30, 2013.

Any requests made after this date will not be honored.

Where, for whatever reason, a participant registered in The Genco Mongolia Bike Challenge presented by Orbea is forced to withdraw, the individual must give written notification by e-mail to PA EVENTS, SL within 24:00 JULY 31st, 2013 (Rome-Madrid time zone).

In this case PA EVENTS, SL retain € 400 as administrative expenses. The difference will be refunded.

In case the notification will arrive after 24:00 JULY 31st, 2013 (Rome-Madrid time zone) PA EVENTS, SL will not recognize any financial reimbursement fee.

The withdrawal who will give notification after JULY 31st (24:00) is however eligible for the reimbursement above if:

1. PA EVENTS, SL has a waiting list and can find another atlete who will take the place of the retired.

2. The retreat has an interested person to occupy his own the place.

- First option: Full payement made by credit card via the Online Registration Form.
- Second option: Bank or wire transfer.

A minimum first* payement of € 1.000 must be made at time of registration.

The balance of the payment must be made by June 30, 2012.

*: PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR TWO INSTALLMENTS PAYMENTS WILL BE CHARGED 10% MORE ON THE TOTAL REGISTRATION VALUE
