I declare: To know and accept the registration conditions for The Mongolia Bike Challenge, the payment terms and cancellation policy.

I agree that PA EVENTS, S.L. is the absolute responsibility of The Mongolia Bike Challenge , and reserved the right to admit any participant. As the possibility of changing the route or any of the conditions for reasons of force majeure.

[18:50, 4/6/2020] Willy Mulonia: SWORN STATEMENT To know the program, the rules and the difficulty of the Mongolia Bike Challenge and accepts it in its entirety, as detailed in the materials provided by the organizers, PA EVENTS, S.L. To have voluntarilly enrolled in the Mongolia Bike Challenge and without any responsibility or liability for the organizers, to accept all the risks including possibly being in situations which may cause physical and phycological harm or injury, and any consequences of accidents with vehicles of any kind, animals, people or any other situation which may happen, absolving the organizers, PA EVENTS, S.L., from any responsibility. To have completed the adequate training to participate in the Mongolia Bike Challenge to be in excellent physical and phycological conditions, as shown in the attached documentation (proof of readiness for cycling racing), which allows the undersigned to partecipate in the race in total safety. Furthermore, the undersigned has no sickness or injury which may negativelly affect participation in the race. To know the difficulty of the Mongolia Bike Challenge and the high risk associated with mountainbiking, and agrees to follow all the directions that the organizers may give, including those with the intent of protecting the safety of the undersigned and all others. To always and properly wear an approved helmet during the entirety of the competition. To accept any changes in the program and/or the course which the organizers may deem necessary to protect the safety of the undersigned and all those involved in the race. To be willing to be in any and all photo/video shoots which may be taken by PA EVENTS, S.L. during the Mongolia Bike Challenge. Furthermore, to authorize the use of immages which includes the undersigned, in any ways and at times which PA EVENTS, S.L., deems, without any liability or responsibility for them.
If the Mongolia Bike Challenge is modified, postponed or cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions, force majeure events, safety issues or other causes, the registration fees will not be refunded. If the Mongolia Bike Challenge has to be re-scheduled to a different date, registration fees will be transferred to the next available edition.

CONDITIONS OF REMBURSEMENT

Where, for whatever reason, a participant registered in The Mongolia Bike Challenge is forced to withdraw, the individual must give written notification by e-mail to PA EVENTS, SL within 24:00 April 30^th, 2023. (Rome-Madrid time zone).

In this case PA EVENTS, SL retain € 700 as administrative expenses. The difference will be refunded.

In case the notification will arrive after 24:00 Apr 30^th, 2023. (Rome-Madrid time zone) PA EVENTS, SL will not recognize any financial reimbursement fee.

The withdrawal who will give notification after Apr 30^th, 2023. (24:00) is however eligible for the reimbursement above if:

The retreat has an interested person to occupy his own place.

*: Regarding the refund of the tickets, if had they been entrusted to the organization, this will be determined by the contractual terms of the contracted air company.

EVENT CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

If the Mongolia Bike Challenge is modified, postponed or cancelled due to unsuitable weather conditions, pandemic, war, force majeure events, safety issues or other causes, the registration fees will not be refunded. If the Mongolia Bike Challenge has to be re-scheduled to a different date, registration fees will be transferred to the next available edition.
